Product Description
DQ-2 is our company independently developed unmanned fully-auto filling & capping machine which is widely used in mass food & beverage factory . Any liquid, semi liquid can be packed by this machine, like juice, mineral water, jam, chocolate paste, honey, butter .. Filling temperature can reach 90 degree. The packaging material is plastic stand up pouch with spout , spout doypack , screw cap packaging bag. It can be used for different height and width packaging products only adjust the hand wheel to pack different sizes of the products that increase reliability and operate easier . In one machine, only one same size spout of pouch can be used. If the spout size same, you can use different shape of pouch in one machine. Adopting advanced pneumatic component and imported switches , transformers and other major electrical parts from Germany , with stable work , low failure rate. Working rotating table is aluminum material with acid and alkali resistance , which make the machine with long service life.

Q1: How to start making a machine?
A: After receiving deposit and pouch sample, we can start production of machine according to your offered sample pouch.
Q2: For running this machine, what other necessary equipment we need to prepare?
A: Air compressor(for supply air to machine) and tap water(for spout cleaning)
Q3: What materials is suitable to be packed by this machine?

Q4: With this machine, what materials we need to prepare so can start production?

Q5: What is the warranty, how you offer after service?
A: Machine warranty is 1 year.
In one year, any parts on machine have problem not due to wrong operating we can
send new parts to you by courier.
For installation or maitenance of machine, we send our engineer to your factory.
Q6: In one machine we can make only one product or we can make different products?
A: In one machine, only one same size spout of pouch can be used. If the spout size same, you can use different shape of pouch in one machine.
